The People Behind the Charm
Meaningful Charm is a family business built by two people who have been by each other’s side since childhood — Craig and Rachel, childhood sweethearts who finally married four years ago, based in the beautiful Shropshire countryside (along with their two very opinionated French bulldogs).
Rachel is the creative heart of Meaningful Charm. She began making jewellery for friends and family during a particularly difficult chapter of her life — a period shaped by depression, anxiety, and the challenges of living with ADHD and RSD. What started as a therapeutic outlet became something extraordinary, and it was Craig who saw what others saw too: that her work was too beautiful not to share with the world.
Together, they built Meaningful Charm from the ground up. Rachel brings her creativity, her eye for colour, and her deep understanding of what it means to need something that truly speaks to you. Craig writes the heartfelt descriptions and poems you’ll find throughout the store, photographs every piece, and handles everything from packing to posting to bringing new products to life.
It’s a true partnership — and that spirit of care, intention, and doing things together is woven into every order that leaves our door.
