Shipping policy
Delivery
As all products sold by Meaningful Charm are handmade we require a processing time to complete your order. It is our intention to dispatch all orders we receive on a working day (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) within 2-4 working days. Bank holidays and weekends are not working days and therefore any orders received on these days will not be dispatched until 2-4 further working days later.
The processing time is in addition to delivery estimates.
During quieter times of the year, our processing time is usually 2 working days, and during busy times like October to December it is usually 3-4 days.
When you place an order, you choose a delivery method, and each one has its own estimated delivery time. We offer several services including Standard 1st and 2nd class, priority services 24 and 48 tracked and next day delivery.
The delivery estimate is then added to the processing time, ie 3 days processing + 7 days for 2nd class delivery = 10 days to delivery. Upgrading your delivery choice can reduce the estimated delivery time down to 3-7 days depending on the selected service.

On average a UK order takes around 10-14 days from placing the order to actual delivery. International orders are 14-20 days
Incorrect addresses not notified before dispatch can not be changed once your order has been posted and is customer error. Meaningful Charm is not responsible for your order not arriving in these cases and are not required to issue a replacement or refund, we will however endeavour to assist in locating your order.

Standard UK delivery of £3.95 is Royal Mail 2nd class

Delivery estimate for standard delivery is 3-5 working days. Please note that this timeframe is in addition to our processing time therefore the overall time for delivery is 7-14 days dependant on when the order was placed. However Royal Mail are implementing 3 day only deliveries for 2nd class and this will cause the estimated delivery time to be more like 7 to 10 days. All delivery times quoted are approximate and can not be guaranteed. Delivery is dependant upon third party Postal Carriers services and bank holiday closures. Meaningful Charm is not responsible for external issues that affect delivery once your order has been dispatched.
International
We do not ship to EU
All international orders are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked

On average an International order takes 14-20 days from placing the order to actual delivery.
We do not provide free shipping or an express service for overseas orders.
We will only ship to the following countries : Australia, Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales), Channel Islands and United States.
The total weight we will ship overseas is no more than 1kg in weight in any one order.
Import Duty
USA Customs duty is included in the delivery charge and paid by us in advance when booking delivery for your order. You will not be charged any additional customs charges to receive your order.
Sales Tax for both USA and Australia is collected at checkout and paid on your behalf, you do not need to do anything and the price in checkout is the total you will pay.
