What is a Crystal Grid
A crystal grid is a thoughtful arrangement of stones around an intention. Regularly referred to as sacred geometry or crystal spreads. Some people use one as a quiet moment to focus on what matters to them, whether that is comfort, courage or a fresh beginning.
Set crystal grids follow geometric patterns like the Flower of Life or Metatrons Cube, but there is no single arrangement you have to follow, and you can use your intuition to create your own. The overall purpose is to direct the flow of energy from the stones to shift the energy within your body, mind, spirit, and life.
Choose stones and a pattern that feel meaningful to you, and let the process be a moment of reflection rather than a promise of any particular result.

How to use a crystal Grid
Start by deciding your intention, choose one thing you would like to reflect on ie welcoming change or feeling grounded. If you are new to this, then it helps to write it down, keeping your focus on that intention, and only that intention.
Next choose your grid, either from a pre-designed pattern or create your own. You can either visualise your pattern or draw it out to help with visualising the grid.
Now choose your crystals, pick crystals with meanings that align with your intention or ones you feel drawn to. You don't need a large collection of crystals to get started, just 3 or 4 works well. We recommend 3, it keeps it simple and stops crystals competing, we always use no more than 3 crystals in our jewellery pieces for the same reason.
Finally arrange your grid, place the crystals on the points of a geometric pattern or create your own pattern. You might put one crystal in the centre as the focus, and arrange the others around it.
Once your grid is complete, take a quiet moment with it, thinking about your intention. There is no set time, its entirely up to you, so when your ready put the complete grid somewhere so that you can revisit your intention when you feel it becoming distant.
