To check size wrap a piece of cotton around finger to be worn on (don't pull it tight) then measure the cotton to get your size in millimetres.

These rings are handmade with genuine natural amethyst, high quality Miyuki opaque seed beads and professional non latex elastic, chosen with comfort and lasting wear in mind. The opaque seed beads are chosen to retain their colour rather than relying on a surface colour coating that can wear away at the base of the band.
